Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

everything was great, the car parking was a little hard but manageable. the pool was nice too. had a lot of fun, will book it again next time.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

An exceptional stay in the heart of Anjuna! We had an amazing time at this beautifully maintained 4BHK villa in Anjuna. The private pool was perfect for relaxing in peace, and we also loved having access to the large pool within the gated community—it felt like the best of both worlds. The villa was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made the experience special was the butler service—attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. It really added a touch of luxury. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a quiet, safe area yet just minutes from some of Anjuna’s best cafés and restaurants like Babka and Bomra’s. Whether we wanted to chill at home or head out for a bite or a drink, everything was super accessible. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a mix of comfort, style, and convenience in North Goa. Would definitely love to be back !

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

My 89 year old father had severe backache, we informed Praveen. Within 5 mins he sent a person who took us to a nearby hospital, arranged the xray and doctor consultation. It was not a major issue and we were really relieved otherwoae would have returned to Delhi mid way. Krishna was just amazing, his smile and helpful attitude made the stay special. The guard bought local poi and paw for us from the padre. Amazing hospitality overall. The location is perfect, in the heart still green and peaceful. Would come again t sure

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb villa in Candolim! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to all major attractions. Sathish & Zallina are both wonderful hosts & go every step of the way to make sure your stay is memorable. Their property is super close to the beach & around a lot of good restaurants & cafes which makes it a rare find! The cottage has plenty of books & toys to keep my toddler engaged. The hosts went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday & arranged a home-baked cake & decorations for her. Just goes to show how kind, attentive & generous hosts they are. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice & quiet getaway with your family.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place . We were here with our infant and the place was clean with well equipped kitchen. The surrounding is full of greenery and was very peaceful. Felt like living in nature’s nest!

We had a lovely stay here as a couple. The room had a great view and a perfectly sized balcony—ideal for enjoying a quiet cup of tea or just relaxing. There’s a small kitchen with enough basics to prepare simple meals or a one-pot dish, which was quite handy. Grocery stores are about 1 km away, making it convenient to stock up on essentials. The flat is inside a well-maintained resort, so you also get access to resort amenities like the pool, bar, and restaurant. We especially enjoyed the scenic surroundings—there are two large lakes within the campus, and it's a great place for a peaceful morning walk or to enjoy your tea outdoors. You can even order food from the restaurant directly to your room, which was a big plus. Just a heads-up: pool access is chargeable at ₹350 per person per day. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay—perfect for a couple's getaway

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

the place was super comfy and homely as well as the location was super easy to find the area was good and all the eminities were as stated there were two small issues: 1. Having a small exhaust fan inside the bathroom could be very good since goa is very humid and the bathroom tends to be wet the whole day 2. The ac of the hall started leaking water on the second day but it wasn't that great of an issue we just increased the temp and that went away.

Rupesh is an excellent host. Always proactive and ready to help. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit in Goa. Rupesh's place was exactly as described and we had a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place if you're a looking for an accomodation near Chapora street.
