The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and proactively shared all the details, instructions and even recommendations. Super helpful- our flight got delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate a later check out. Loved our stay.

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property

This place was the perfect choice for our stay. We felt right at home with the amenities provided and the daily cleaning services was a great bonus. We loved the facilities within the society and they were all functional. The location is perfect with Calangute and Baga beach nearby. Would love to book again.

One of the best resort I have visited. The host tetiana and vikas were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the pool . The location of our room was absolutely perfect, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best.

Great place to stay in Arpora. Sheeja's place was clean and comfortable. Sheeja had given us clear instructions and it was wasy to check in. Bathroom and linen were clean, all the appliances worked. Sheeja was responsive and helpful. Location wise its easy to get to Baga, Vagator and Calangute beaches and to fish restaurants like Goan Spice and Fat Fish from here. Also close to Birch night club which has good food and music. Parking is also easy. Well maintained and clean swimming pool - I just wish it was open past 7 pm because its hot all day. Shoutout to the watchmen for helping with luggage. Will come back to stay in the future.

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

I highly recommend staying at Rhea's place. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. The house is well maintained and self sufficient to accommodate all your holiday needs. It's truly hard to find any faults, but plenty to praise and enjoy. My recommendation is don't think twice to book this place, if it's available just grab it and be stress free.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us
