The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

The place is just perfect and centre to north Goa , You will find it peaceful and soothing as house is made so beautifully. I will definitely prefer this airbnb next time .

This was hands down the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. Every little detail reflected love nd care,the plants,the books,the cozy corners gave off such a calming,aesthetic vibe. It felt like a dream. We hd the best time as a family,watching movies late into the night,laughing,relaxing,nd just soaking in the warmth of the space. One of the most special memories was the ‘People's Lager’ left for us as a welcome. We ended up calling it our ‘welcome drink’ nd tht simple gesture turned into a core memory I’ll never forget,a rare nd beautiful moment of bonding with my parents. Even the watchman was incredibly sweet and helpful. A huge thank you to our amazing hosts,Pavika and Siddhartha. From the moment we booked,they created a group,guided us through everything, and gave us the sweetest rec for shopping,food n fun. So kind,responsive nd thoughtful nd they truly made us feel at home. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience I’ll carry in my heart forever. God bless you guys ♥

Honestly I'm the type of person who generally don't write reviews, but tanmay was such a good host that I can't see the other way. Place is a great stay for couples. Everything is safe around the apartment. Tanmay you should be a super host by now! If you have any problem or query his response time was super quick. He would try everything to make your stay comfortable & convenient. Would love to visit again here some day. Thankyou!

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I had a wonderful stay at Bhakthi’s Airbnb. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained . Bhakthi was extremely responsive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spotless and well-managed stay.

Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main beaches and all the buzzing spots in Goa. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding.
