Wonderful property, well situated. Reachable directly by car (if you navigate the narrow road), or via a big parking spot + stairs. Great view, nicely equipped with everything, host brought new coffee capsules once they ran out (Amici caffee, amazing) when I asked the very next day. Lorenzo is a perfect host, can only recommend it. Looking forward to go again!

Such a marvellous house - we fell in love with its character and charm. So lovely to have all that space and the view from the terrace is stunning. Everything you need is just there, including excellent local bread and cheese a short walk away. The host was welcoming and just let us enjoy ourselves. We will be back!

I can't describe our long weekend in the villa as anything other than “perfect.” The house is beautiful and also larger than the pictures suggest. We also loved the garden with pool, where there is total privacy. The hosts were very friendly, familiar and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful quiet house on the heights of Lake Maggiore. Exceptional renovation combining highlighting old heritage and standard modern comfort, the house is very pleasant to live in, especially with small children. Terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Nearby many places of interest in a bewitching area. Great communication with Megan and Tomas.

The place really is a small paradise and it provides everything you need. The host is very friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay there to its fullest and can only recommend it. The view on the lake is breathtaking and the garden underlines a feeling of harmony as well as mystical atmosphere. The restaurant nearby is also quite recommendable. We stayed as four couples so had the whole house to ourselves great each having en-suite bathrooms and one to spare ,nice communal area ,kitchen was ok but we hardly cooked in ,great location for the lake and the railway station.Patrizia was very attentive and any problem we had she sorted straight away.Stresa is a beautiful place lots of lovely bars and restaurants and the lake is stunning. We done the scenic train to Locarno and then ascona which was stunning and the ferry back to stresa , we have all fell in love with the Italian lakes.

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and with attention to detail. Check-in was simple and on time. The host was kind and helpful for every need, always responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for a quiet accommodation!

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Everything was great, the accommodation is great and the view and the garden seating area with pool was awesome. We will be happy to come back and wish everyone a great stay as we had.

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

What an amazing place! It has been an unforgettable experience, the house met all our needs. But the best thing was meeting Sonia and Simone. We felt like being part of the family. Thank you very much!

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

A very nice place, Markus is always available and very helpful. The place is nice and stylishly furnished, the views are breathtaking. The location of the house is very great, as it has an even more beautiful and unforgettable view over Lake Maggiore and is in a very pleasantly quiet area. Markus is very nice and was happy to help us with the arrival and departure times, as we were on vacation with a baby; he had complete understanding of this. In the accommodation itself, there were great magazines to read and a folder and several brochures that provided information about possible activities in the area. In addition, everything was well described in the folder (garbage disposal, operating instructions, regulations for departure, etc.). We can only recommend the accommodation, thanks for the hospitality!

I chose Villa Faustina to organize a party with friends and I couldn't have made a better choice. The house is large, clean, well organized and the garden with pool offers the possibility of being outdoors in company. We had so much fun! Plus: Simone is a great host, super helpful and very quick to communicate. I absolutely recommend this property :)

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

We really enjoyed our vacation, the perfectly fenced garden, was a dream with children and dog. The house was very clean. Everything was available and the hosts are very friendly and always available

...it is no coincidence that this location deserves the best from every point of view...!!...a really beautiful historic villa...where you can stay in absolute tranquility...pampered by Simion in every detail...!!...excellent value for money...very close to the lakes...it is really the ideal place to stay for a wonderful holiday...BRAVII...!!! Carlo and the 12 cyclists from Cuneo...! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
