In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

We offer a rustic farmhouse, built in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Bookable for 5 or more people. We have lots of horses, big and small, and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains). The Kas Alm is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot of Grandsberger Hof.
