It is a dreamy and wonderful place, the house and the area invite you to unwind. Solvi and Björnar are excellent hosts, they have furnished the house with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing lacking, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, we immediately felt at home. With loving notes distributed throughout the house, no questions remain unanswered. A beautiful place, with everything your heart desires. Peace, seclusion and plenty of light and space. We will never forget our vacation thanks to your hospitality, thank you Solvi! The landlord responded quickly. The accommodation looked like the photos and had what you can imagine a summer accommodation should have. Clean and fresh.

Cozy place undisturbed in the woods but still easily accessible by car. Beautifully renovated while retaining the house's old style. Admittedly an older bathroom, but everything met expectations☺️

Super lovely accommodation with great views of the landscape. Everything worked as it should and Andreas responded quickly to all questions and was very helpful. One thing in the whole thing was that the extra cabin was not livable during winter time. It could have been in the description. But it really doesn't pull down the rating. Thanks for a great stay!

We have visited Kaisa's cottage before and we will do it again! Kaisa is helpful, service minded and really nice! The place is incredibly nice and the forests and water are lovely. The water the cabin is located by is one of Sweden's better fishing lakes actually. We send a big thank you to Kaisa who allows us to make a really nice tradition of getting there every autumn to fish and pick mushrooms. If you or your family are looking for a charming cottage next to a lovely forest full of mushrooms or one of Sweden's better fishing waters, or if you just want some relaxing days of swimming and barbecues, then Smultronstellet is the place for you! 5 out of 5 stars.

We stayed in the house with 4 adults and 3 small children. The water was ideally far away for us. We enjoyed using the boats a lot. We were swimming and fishing and fed on fish and chanterelles😀 There is enough space for everyone and on rainy days is enough for children, e.g. Lego, to play, great!!

We felt like at home in Marcus and Ulrica's house. We found a very nice welcome when we arrived. The communication with Marcus was excellent, he always provided us with valuable information. The house is very lovingly decorated and very nicely located. An ideal place to relax. Too bad there is no unobstructed view of the lake.

Sven and his father-in-law are extremely nice people. There is nothing negative to say about the accommodation and the location. for all those who love peace and nature, the perfect location.

We had amazing days here and everything was better than expected. It was a nice cottage with everything needed, incredibly nice location and very quiet surroundings. There was cozy lighting outdoors, hammock, dartboard and several toys to use. Above all, we appreciated the access to jetty and oak. There are two things we want to mention so that the next guest can prepare. We had a hard time finding the cottage and the coordinates in the listing guided us to completely different places (via Google Maps and Waze). Finally, we gave up navigation and followed the "usual" map. It didn't matter, but it might be good to know. Then it turned out that the water in the cottage smelled bad and we did not want to drink it. The hosts informed us about it on site and had kindly put drinking water for us in the fridge. We still needed to fix more. This was nothing that affected our experience, but as I said, it may be good to know. We received quick and pleasant help with the questions we had and can highly recommend this place!

We have rarely experienced such fantastic hospitality as here. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with snacks, sweets and beer. The accommodation has everything you need and a great location on the lake with a jetty, a large veranda where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets and totally relax. We will be happy to come back! 1+ *

Beautiful lakeside location, with private rowboat. Ideal for slowing down and switching off. The house offers everything you need (except an oven) and is comfortably furnished. A few minutes' drive from Arvika, the Glasfjorden and the Glaskogen National Park. Johan is an extremely accommodating host, answered each time within the shortest possible time and solved problems (we had a broken oar) promptly. Thank you very much for the time in your “house on the lake.”

We enjoyed Kjell-Åke very much again this year. the place is very cute and was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. It is very quiet there and in Sillebotten you can swim or go hiking by the lake. From the property, you can easily get to Glaskogen within 40 minutes to do something there. We were completely satisfied.

We had a brilliant stay at Monic's place. She was very hospitable and pleasant. Her place we thought looked better in reality than on the photos! Huge charming, cozy and peaceful. Rarely you are in a place as quiet as here. amazing. At night it was cold and starry. We also heard the fox in the distance. Revespor we saw right on the down side on the ice. We even got a small private tour of the barn inside the hens. We got to cuddle and pet them and pick eggs. Very nice. Idyllic place! We'll be sure to come back here♡

Nice holiday home with all the amenities you could wish for. Super nice that the beds are covered upon arrival and that towels are available. Also the kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook for yourself and is very cozy if the weather does not allow to eat outside on the terrace. We enjoyed getting out in nature during the day and in the evening enjoyed the terrace and the extra garden room a few times. Nice plus is the sauna that heats up quickly, nice after a long walk. Definitely recommended!
