Balcony with outdoor furniture. Sleeping loft with 140cm dubble bed and sofa bed 140cm with double bed. Stairs from the living room up to the sleeping loft. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summertime there may be a control pool boat for rent, separate agreement is required for that.

There's a hot tub for 5 people located by the end of the pool, with a panoramic view of the lake. The hot tub is in function all year around. The swimmingpool is in function and heated during May, until Sep. During summer there's two paddleboards for you to use. Inside its a cozy cabin and the nature is right outside the door.
