Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ariccia

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

This stay was one of my absolute favorites yet. The location was private and just what we wanted and the stay looked just like the photos. Vincenzo communicated very well when I was trying to figure out a good spot for dinner, giving me recommendations in the area as well as in Castel Gandolfo. We ended up at a small restaurant called Cacio e Pepe, just a few minute walk away. It was small and local, ran by a couple, and was delicious (highly recommended). The balcony view was gorgeous and opened up to the bed, and golden hour brought warm, stunning light into the room. We will be back 💛

Our booking was last minute and Kristian was very flexible and accommodating to help us. We arrived for a 1 night stopover with our animals and we had a full car of belongings which Kristian was able to put on the gated driveway to ensure it was secure. The place had everything you could possibly need for a short stay and was comfortable. We didn't explore the local area as we had to leave early in the morning.

Loved the huge figs left for us!! All the coffees teas and sweets and the grounds around the airbnb were beautiful. The grape vines full of grapes were unbelievable like out of a painting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Soluzione perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità ed il relax lontano dal frastuono e dal trambusto cittadino. L'appartamento in questione gode di un affaccio privilegiato sul lago di Nemi, da non perdere assolutamente il fantastico tramonto e perchè no, magari accompagnato da un buon calice di vino. Mediante le indicazioni fornite da Fabrizio è stato molto semplice raggiungere l'alloggio, non vi resta che provarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza.

Neomi ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Sie war der freundlichste, süßeste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeber, den wir je in einem Airbnb übernachtet haben. Sie antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten und gibt gute Ratschläge. Sie hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns geholfen, unsere Sachen zu tragen. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Überall war es blitzsauber und roch sehr gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Haus weit vom Stadtzentrum von Rom entfernt ist, aber man kann das Stadtzentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Alles war super. Kommunikation war immer top und hilfsbereit. Romina ist immer da. Auch bei extra Wünschen kommt sie einem so gut sie kann entgegen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ubytování bylo super a stejně tak i hostitel. Vše krásně čisté, dokonce jsme měli i kafe na pokoji. Danillo ochotně reagoval na dotazy. Berte ale v potaz, že je ubytování vzdáleno asi 30 km od Říma. Znamená to hodinu a půl cesty. Dobře si ohlídejte dopravu. Po půlnoci už jsme si museli brát taxi, protože nic nejezdilo. To je jediné, co bych vytkla. Pokud se ale dopředu připravíte, nebude to problém. I v místě ubytování je krásně.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet agréable logement . Simonetta et Tonino nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons eu quelques bons conseils concernant le quartier et les visites à Rome. Ils ont été disponibles et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Francesco was an incredibly kind host and made us feel right at home. The area is really comfortable and very well connected to Rome, especially if the trains are on time. We would absolutely stay there again.

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Laura and Mario were very responsive to all our queries. Mario fetched us from our vehicle to bring us to the property which made it easy for us to find it. He was very helpful and even carried some of our bags. He gave us an informative orientation around the house and all amenities. He also gave restaurant recommendations which we tried and it did not disappoint. His recommendations were among the best in town so I’m really grateful that we were able to try the best food that Castel Gandolfo locals have to offer. ❤️ I really appreciate that Laura helped us with our check out time. I was worried as my other accomodation was not flexible but I’m glad Laura was able to help me. The place is close to everything such as the papal summer residence, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs, mini grocery, and Lake Albano was also walkable from the accomodation. My kids and I walked to the lake and they had loads of fun!

Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils
