This top-floor, apartment at the foot of Parmelan Mountain (altitude 1,834m) offers stunning views and a huge ~30m² terrace, perfect for sunset views. It includes one bedroom and a second mezzanine bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and all essentials. Located just 250m from Villaz center, a charming village with a supermarket, ATM, pharmacy and bakery. The peaceful, old farm neighborhood is only 15 minutes from Annecy (10 km), the starting point for many adventures.

Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
