You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Studio Flat in Renovated French Barn

A self-contained ground floor studio flat in an old French barn (built 1792 and renovated in the 1990's) with an adjoining laundry and storage area. Perfect for two people for summer or winter holidaying (there's enough space for a cot bed too). 10 minute drive or bus-ride to Annecy centre. The bus stop is within walking distance. The flat has its own entrance and is fully equipped for your stay in the beautiful Haute-Savoie. Parking opposite the studio. Apartment renovated in March 2024.

Wood heating in winter. Private garden with barbecue in summer. Ideal for a couple with two children. Urban setting but quiet environment. Non-tourist area but close to the centre. Free parking facilities nearby (rare in Annecy). The bus passes in front of the property. Access to the station in 7 minutes by bus.
