La casa es muy linda! Las vistas soñadas! La ubicación es buena, a 10 min del centro de Bariloche… tiene muy buena calefacción muy importante para el invierno. Nos recibieron y explicaron todo. Super amables y cordiales.

Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Marcelo’s house is gorgeous. We were a party of 8, and we spent a long weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday and mine as well. Marcelo’s house is spacious, at a private location and on the beach. One side of the house perched on the beach with amazing sea views and the opposite overlooking the trees’ tops of the beautiful Cariló’s forest at a beautiful endless swimming pool. The house has an excellent indoor spa with another pool, a sauna and a hammam. Also it has an indoor table tennis area. Rooms are neat, spacious and confortable. All three upper stories connected by an efficient elevator. Lastly, Alberto, Marcelo’s house keeper, was super cordial and always ready and eager to assist at each and every detail or minor issues we’ve asked or raised. Hope to return to stay at this amazing sometime soon.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули. Спасибо большое ☺️ Прекрасно подойдет для семьи из 2-3 человек. На территории есть костер, барбекю. Растут деревья, розы и мелисса. В доме тепло, потому что есть теплый пол. Кровать и подушки удобные, а благодаря тяжелому одеялу быстрее засыпаешь. На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки. Есть чай, кофе, какао, специи и масло. Есть стиральная машина и средство для стирки. В первую ночь не могли уснуть из-за громкого лая соседской собаки, но в остальные ночи было тихо. Иногда пропадал интернет, но это не было критично для нас. Мы были без машины, поэтому выбора заведений поблизости мало и они не всегда открыты имейте это ввиду. Из заведений советуем бургерную. В пешей доступности мини супермаркет, супермаркет, озеро, парк. Cris разрешила нам заехать чуть раньше и позже выехать. Поделилась с картой и местными рекомендациями.

Ubicación perfecta, cercana para vivir una experiencia inolvidable en Mendoza. El espacio es cómodo y esta diseñado para no querer irte nunca. Es cómodo y muy amplio. El anfitrión fue excelente, siempre respondió con rapidez y gentileza. ¡Recomendadisimo!

Una casa soñada en medio de un entorno privado y súper tranquilo, a solo 5 minutos del centro La casa súper completa , diría la más completa de todos los alojamientos que he alquilado Súper agradables los anfitriones, Súper recomendable Sin dudas de volver a San Martín de los Andes, vuelvo a elegirla

El lugar es tal cual las fotos o mejor. Muy amplio, ventanales con linda vista, y con buenos amenities. Todo lo que usé funcionó sin problemas. El host y co-host fueron muy profesionales, respondieron preguntas inmediatamente y siempre atentos a que no me faltara nada. Recomendable 100%

La casa es hermosa y las fotos muestran tal cual con lo que te vas a encontrar. La calefacción, que por el clima frio que hizo es mi estadía era una preocupacion, es exelente. Otro punto donde soy muy crítico el la comodidad de los colchones y sillones en general y realmente son muy buenos. No voy a describir las vistas porque las fotos las muestran por si mismas. HERMOSAS. Sebastían muy amable y siempre dispuesto a solucionar inconvenientes y respondiendo rapido, antes y durante la estadía. La casa esta en una zona muy cercana a la zona mas turística de la cuidad y muy cerca del centro también. Para recomendar!

Muy feliz y agradecida por todo lo vivido en Casa Bravía. María es un amor, siempre atenta y presente en todo momento, con muy buena comunicación constante y necesaria ante cualquier duda. El lugar es soñado, las vistas, la casa, cada rincón de la casa es mágico. Se puede disfrutar del amanecer y del atardecer. La energía del lugar es única. Mis amigas y yo quedamos encantadas del lugar. Volveremos !

This is our first trip to South America and I was so excited when I came across this house! It was exactly how the pictures showed! The beauty of the surroundings was breathtaking! This house was on a peaceful and quiet street which made gazing out at the mountains and the water all the better. We had five people staying at this house and we had more than enough room, all had our own bathrooms. This house was pristinely clean!!! All the towels and linens were spotless. The host was extremely responsive to the few questions we did have. Cannot recommend this property enough! The town of Ushuaia is so charming and magical and coming home to this house made it all the better.

Pase junto a mi familia una excelente estadía, la casa muy linda y con todo lo que necesitas para estar totalmente instalado, una vista increíble , el jacuzzi estuvo muy bueno y muy disfrutado, el lugar junto a las montañas hace que te sientas totalmente alejado de todo el mundo y es ideal para descansar y relajar. Mariano el chico de enfrente, siempre atento a todo y nos recomendó a todo lo que le preguntábamos. Volveria a ir sin dudas.

La casa hermosa y muy comoda con un hermoso paisaje, todo muy bien cuidado y con buen gusto nos toxaron dias de micha lluvia no pudimos disfrutar estar afuera pero de todos modos fue muy acogedor.Nos sentimos en casa💝🫶🌟

Hermosa casa para dos familias, súper cómoda, súper completa, todo impecable, tenía todo lo que necesitamos para pasar unos días de ensueño en Ushuaia. Nadia súper atenta, nos recibió antes de la hora del check in para que podamos ingresar ni bien llegamos a la ciudad. La pileta impresionante, la parrilla genial, todo realmente excelente. Lo súper recomiendo de verdad. Gracias Patagonica!!!

Realmente un lugar espectacular, la casa completamente equipada en medio de un viñedo asombroso, estás a 30 minutos de San Rafael ciudad grande hermosa para recorrer. La atención de Marco y Mónica fue excepcional, muy amables, atento a que estuviéramos bien. Sin lugar a duda volveré a la casa de Marco.

Amazing Airbnb located in an amazing, safe neighborhood with restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and everything you need nearby. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Buenos Aires!

What an amazing place. We had a great weekend. By far, this is one of the most memorable experiences in Argentina during the 4 months that I've been here. I'd say it's probably impossible not to fall in love with this place. Magical.

this place is all about the view and just enjoying the tranquil perspective. Max was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. I am grateful that he met us at the bottom of the mountain and led the way to the house - the steep, gravel road is something to traverse - with a few switchbacks and some sections with room for only 1 car. We are a family of 6 and our only rental option was a Toyota hiace. It is 20ft long and low to the ground - not ideal for this terrain unless you have offroading experience. Cars would be just fine (4-5 passengers). The house has a lot of stairs to access it from the outside as well as inside. Every bedroom has outside access to this incredible view and I loved the privacy that each space allowed. Max was such a kind host and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!!

Beautiful views of the river, Paraguay, and Brazil. Very close to the falls. You do need transportation but our driver from the airport was a great help getting us to dinners and shopping and even the Wanda Mines. I recommend stopping g to get a few snacks before arriving. Very comfortable and great communication.

Acogedora casita en la montaña. La vista es impresionante. Fácil acceso a la proveeduría, al embalse, etc. Recomendable. Todo funcionaba a la perfección.

Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigos y lo pasamos excelente. Hermosa casa perfectamente limpia y completa con todo lo que necesitamos. Calefacción a gas, estufa a leña y parrillero. Caminatas increíbles para hacer alrededor. Para llegar es ideal un vehículo 4x4. Altamente recomendable gracias Karina por la atención

Excelente todo!! Fuimos a relajar un fin de semana y asi fue. No se escucha un solo ruido. Tiene un parque muy grande con vista al Bolson. Los anfitriones siempre se mostraron atentos y Benjamin nos explico todo lo imprescindible para pasar la estadía. Super recomendable

I am so glad I made the decision to book this place with Maria! It had the PERFECT location to do it All while also having peace of mind, breathtaking views, Social Media ready spots all over the inside of the place itself and great energy people to assist! Booking this place was the Best choice I made for my trip to Ushuaia! If you’re going to Ushuaia you should do it too! You’ll thank me later! A special Shoutout to Carolina from Reception, Jose from Guest Care, the guy from BeerPoint and the gift shop lady for being such great people and always looking after us and making sure we were having a great time! Maria has a Dream Team with her!!!

There are not enough words to describe how beautiful this place is. The house is an amazing, unique place in the world. If you play golf, you will enjoy the perfect house in the ideal place with the perfect course. Olivia is an amazing host. She is always available to help and make your stay even better!
