The place is comfy, clean and clutter free, in a central location and very convenient access to the port - walking distance! The hosts are everything you would dream of a host: responsive, friendly, accommodating. We had a great time!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Lovely restored old building. Great concierge and Host. Very quiet. Slept well. Good area and very walkable to lively selection of places to eat and drink. Try and book Secret Tango Society, local and great.

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

We are very pleased with our stay! The apartment is super clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the location in Palermo is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything needed to prepare quick meals. The heating worked perfectly, the environment is very quiet and the linens were impeccably clean and fragrant. Cynthia was an attentive, helpful and very flexible host with the check-out, which made all the difference in our experience. We felt at home and we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

excellent location and right on the lake. parking was good and safe. everything you could need was provided. nothing was missed. she even helped us when we arrived late with ordering food and she was great to do that. we will be staying again at her place 100%. Top shelf..the best!!

The apartment is very comfortable, and in a very nice area with everything nearby, shops, bars, cafes. It has a common area with a very nice pool to relax.

The truth is that it is excellent, super comfortable and very clean. The apartment is a 10, it has everything described and a few more things. Super compliant, I'd come back.

Very good location! Responsive staff. Quiet compared to the street below. Appliances and all amenities provided. Easy access to Abasto and COTO. Tomas is a great host who responded quickly to all my concerns and was helpful and flexible! Highly recommend if staying in the Abasto area.

✨ An unforgettable experience in Mendoza! From the moment we entered the apartment, we already felt that we were in a special place. Every detail of the decoration was thought out with very good taste. The environment is very clean, cozy, comfortable... and the shower? a spectacle in itself! The bath is another experience, with shampoo, soap, conditioner, waking up there and having breakfast with that scenery, a wide view of the city and the Cordillera in the background was simply romantic and magical. Before the trip, I asked the host for a special treat to surprise my wife: flowers, chocolates and a cold cuts board. It was an extra service, prepared with care and the attention to detail that exceeded all expectations. Everything was impeccable and we were thrilled! The building is also a charm in itself! Very well located. Enrique and Andrea are super hosts! If you're thinking about visiting Mendoza, this apartment will transform your trip. We already want to go back!

We spend 4 wonderful days in Family. We enjoyed the outdoor days taking advantage of the grill and the activities of the place. We all were delighted with the place, it exceeded expectations. The neighborhood has a beautiful flora and fauna. Lau answered all the questions and inquiries I had, as well as helping us with the instructions and invitations for the family. The house was spotless, tidy and super equipped. Thank you for your trust in us. We look forward to returning!

The house in the chacra is dreamed of. For lovers of privacy, tranquility, the sea and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal space. It offers incredible views, for its oceanfront location and, as if it were not enough, the lagoon and pool illuminated, they finish completing the concept. For the discerning ones we love the kitchen, the equipment is perfect. The quality of the tableware/kitchen instruments/ appliances, all super complete added to the bedding, linen, sommiers, the cleanliness of each space, and still the smell of new home and wood, make the experience very enjoyable. The landlords are loving, well predisposed and very respectful. To take into account, the house is located within a chacras field, where there are 60 more houses, but the location of this brand new construction, is away from the rest and makes you feel all the exclusivity and privacy, in the middle of nature. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

Maria's house is beautiful. It is in a nice gated community, not too far but also not that close to the city, but there are also many wineries close by. It has everything, a fire place, a giant oven, a parilla, all you need in the country. Maria was very communicative and nice and take care for everything we needed.

Our stay here was incredible! The house completely exceeded our expectations, it’s honestly even more stunning in person than it looks in the photos. Every room was spacious, clean, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Delfina the host was very friendly and very responsive which made the experience stress free. The pool was amazing, definitely our favorite part. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and enjoying the space. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chill and nice getaway.
