Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We are 2 blocks from Bahía Serena Beach, Lake Nahuel Huapi. If you don't come by car, we are half a block from the bus stop. You can go downtown, tour Circuito Chico, Colonia Suiza, Cerro Llao Llao, Cerro Canpanario by taking a bus from the stop and many more places. In the area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a service station, bakery, butcher, and diet food store within walking distance. We are on Avenida Bustillos and it is a very quiet area.
