The room has a closet and we do not have air conditioning or TV. If you need to do laundry, we have that service, for a fee, since you can't do it in the space. There is also a fan for the heat. For those who like to walk, they have 22 blocks to the micro-center and bus too. The area is commercial with businesses.

Charming, rustic, very bright 19th C studio, restored with original doors and windows. The studio is totally independent with a private entrance with a covered parking space. We have a double bed and an original 19th-century Victorian bed for extra guests, a powerful ceiling fan and Air Condistioning, for use if the temperature soars. We have a microwave to heat fast food and a refrigerator to keep fresh drinks and snacks
