Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
