Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Our four one-room apartments Ahorn, Linde, Kastanie and Birke combine historic Herbsthausen charm with ease. All apartments are absolutely different and modernized by us. The Ahron Cottage accommodates two people in the double bed. The apartments are part of "Herbsthausen", an ambitious cultural project in beautiful Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill into a future location for art, industrial culture, living, working, international exchange and recreation.

The apartment is located in a historic farmhouse from 1847 and was completely renovated in 2022 and meets the highest standards. Ground level, on 111 square meters, this apartment is perfect for families or couples who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. The farmhouse is located in a Rundling surrounded by listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
