Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Our first apartment is located in the front half of the former cowshed. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area is supplemented by a single bed; in addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two (a total of 5 sleeping places). Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the horse pasture and enjoy the sunset. I'm happy to give you tips on things to do in our beautiful Wendland. I look forward to welcoming you!

Caravan Hobby Country House

I rent a new, large Hobby Landhaus brand caravan (fully equipped with parking space, additional separate toilet and laundry room available). The caravan pitch is located on a closed property and has a separate driveway. Distance to the beach about 300 m, max. occupancy 2 people, €70/night, minimum stay 2 nights. Rent only to non-smokers, no pets allowed.

It is a fully furnished apartment that is provided for temporary use. The apartment has a living area with seating, a whirlpool bathtub, and a private sauna. Amenities also include a home theater with a PS5 and a TV with TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the basic utensils for your stay. Pets are possible by prior arrangement.

The good is so close - fantastic Arendsee in the midst of protected nature. You will be staying in the historic tower house with a copper-covered dome in our lovingly furnished guest area, which opened on 07/30/2022.
