The detached house is located in a child-friendly and quiet building area that is 5 min by car to Arendal city center. Sun from morning to about 8:30 pm. You can walk to the city in about 30 minutes. The accommodation is located about 45 minutes from the Zoo, and 10 minutes by car to the public beach. There is a large porch with barbecue, around the swimming pool 3.5 cm, sofa, chairs and tables, as well as an outdoor room that is perfect for evening fun. Two double beds, as well as a bed of 75 cm, two are 120 cm. Space for 7 people.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here it is so quiet that you can hear the fish jumping on the fjord! But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).

Camping cabin in Risør

Caravan with a tent at Sørlandet Holiday Center in Risør. 6 beds + a travel bed. We have 6 duvets and pillows, no duvet and pillow for the travel bed. The campsite has a beach, pool area, shop, mini golf, playground, football pitch, volleyball court, boat rental. Short boat trip to Risør city center. Lots of fun to do for the family nearby. Toilet in the RV is not used. Nice sanitary facilities and pool area right behind the trailer. Towels and bed linen must be brought. Cleaning is done by guests.

Charming apartment for rent in a quiet and beautiful oasis in the heart of Grimstad. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. 50 meter nær lystbåthavn og pen liten badestrand. Området preges av smau, vakre hager og brosteinsbelagte gater. Huset som er fra 1700 tallet ligger fredfullt og harmonisk plassert, kloss på byens havn, torv og gågater. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Frolandia (water park) is 2 minutes away by car. Swimming possibility 5 min walk in the river. 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you can enjoy cold days inside by the fireplace or nice days outside on a sunny and lush plot.

Rent our comfortable 30-foot boat during Arendalsuka! The boat is located at Langbrygga in Arendal city center, with shore power and immediate proximity to all events. Two double sleeping places (cabin + forecastle), bed linen/duvets/pillows included. Shower and swimming pool in the area. Good seating area on the deck – perfect base in the middle of the city.

2-3 min walk to the inner city center. Simple but bright and pleasant apartment on the 2nd floor. Peaceful street in old urban environment. 2 min to shopping center, shops, restaurant, central bus station, and 5 min to train station. Sun almost all day, and views of Tyholmen and the lake towards Hisøya. The house is old but charming southern style.

It is 5 min drive to the Hove area with a nice beach and lots of festivals and other cultural activities. Perfect for outdoor activities like climbing, cycling, hiking, football, etc.
