New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms.
