Short walking distance to grocery store in Nyli, as well as bus stop nearby with regular departures to and from Arendal city center. Beautiful hiking areas with illuminated trails in the immediate vicinity. Swimming area only 5 minutes walk away. Contains among other things: Bright and airy living room with good ceiling height, modern kitchen, two bedrooms, tiled bathroom and laundry room. Porch at the entrance with morning sun and on the front side with evening sun.

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Bright apartment in a new house (2018), one bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette for cooking! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in the bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Child-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow a baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child. The sofa bed can be folded out, but is unfortunately very hard. Parking is just outside. No electric Car charging, but charging stations just nearby

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

There is a short distance to the grocery store, pharmacy, Hove and Raet. With activities such as climbing park and kayaking etc. Ferry and bus to Arendal city center 50 km to Dyreparken. Close to the city center, beach, shops, outdoor areas (Hove), Raet National Park, etc. Only 40 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo/Waterpark. Fenced playground right outside and fenced football field with playground in the same street.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
