Bright apartment in a new house (2018), one bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette for cooking! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in the bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Child-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow a baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child. The sofa bed can be folded out, but is unfortunately very hard. Parking is just outside. No electric Car charging, but charging stations just nearby

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Find rest and recharge your batteries with a morning swim in Tromøysund or enjoy the view with a cup of coffee on your own jetty. The house has a berth and a private boathouse where you can enjoy long summer evenings or cuddle up under a blanket and enjoy the sea view. Parking with space for two cars. Central location with good public transport to Arendal city center. Short walking distance to grocery stores, cafe, restaurant and gym.

Nyoppusset leilighet på 60kvm som ligger i idylliske Strømsbubukt bare 7-8 min gange langs vannet inn til sentrum. Det er 1 parkeringsplass tilhørende leiligheten som ligger i 1 etg i boligen. Småbåthavn like ved, hage på fremsiden av boligen. Boligen ligger i ett rolig boligområdet så det må tas hensyn til naboer, festing er ikke tillatt. Det er to leiligheter i huset med seperat inngang til hver av leilighetene. Wifi og strøm er inkludert i leien. Dyr og røyking ikke tillatt pga allergi

Here you live close to everything, the location is central to both the city and the southern idyll with good beach opportunities and hiking areas. There is a short distance to the grocery store, pharmacy, Hove and Raet. With activities such as climbing park and kayaking etc. Ferry and bus to Arendal city center 50 km to Dyreparken. There is a double bed and a 120 bed with the possibility of an extra mattress 150 Washer and dryer. Located on the 1st floor New nice playground right outside

Stor luftig leilighet i nybygg. Lyse og fine soverom sammen med stue og kjøkken i loftsetasje. Flislagt gang og innbydende bad i første etasje. Sentralt plassert på strandeiendom ved Krøgeneskilen. Det går buss til byen ca hvert kvarter. I kort gangavstand fra leiligheten er Arendals ny stolthet badeøya Løkholmen (se vedlagte bilder). Det er egen trampoline, jolle, brygge og strand på tomten som deles med vertsfamilien om vi er hjemme. Ca 45 min. kjøretid til Dyreparken i Kristiansand.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Let us know if anything is missing.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3,150 vines were planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.
