Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Archway, Greater London

Great stay, we were in a group of 5 people and the house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, check-in and check-out very practical. The subway station we used most (Caledonian) was about a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop was even closer, on the block next to the house, a minute away.

Really great flat. Larger than shown in pics. Everything we needed for a home away from home. Will definitely return.

This place was amazing! So much space in all the living areas and was a great experience being in a Victorian flat. We will definitely be back if we're ever visiting London again.

The apartment is strategically located, very close to South Kensington subway station and with many bus lines within 100m. Despite being small, it is very functional and comfortable, everything is impeccable. But best of all is the quick and attentive communication with Edward, who was always ready to help! Everything described helped enormously to make our stay excellent. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Great location to explore East London and welcoming space. The outdoor area is great on sunny days! The host was very responsive and regularly checked in with me, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a few things that affected my comfort during the stay. When I arrived, there were a few issues (e.g. marks and hair on sheets and I needed to change them myself). Adrien did his best to address them, which I appreciated. Something to be aware of: the property is right next to a railway line, which can be noisy, and there’s a camera in the living room that I wasn’t told about until after check-in (you can disconnect it but it made me feel uncomfortable).

Great location. Love Hackney such a vibrant area with so many great places to go. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Anna's place for ~5 weeks. I felt at home, as I had a spacious bedroom and could also take advantage of a cozy and well-furnished kitchen and living room. I found the bedroom a bit noisy in the first week (due to the nearby railway), but in line with London standards. Anyway I got used to that afterwards and didn't have troubles sleeping anymore. Anna and her family are also going to move, so this is not going to be a relevant aspect in the future. Anna, her mum and her brother had a great communication and were very collaborative. They always made sure I was feeling comfortable living there and tried to solve any issue in the most professional way possible. Also from the social perspective I had a pleasant and peaceful co-living with them as testified by the other guests as well. I can recommend staying at their place.

Margaret and her husband, Morris are warm and welcoming. They both were very helpful. Margaret is responsible for their guests and she is very competent - right on top of things all the time. I found the quiet, comfortable space I was looking for. She provided a great breakfast and I enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. Great stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Nice touches left for us in the kitchen to start our weekend. Beautiful home and very friendly and communicative. Felt right at home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

It’s been very comfortable and relaxing at Ildi’s place. The house is spacious, and there’s a cute little garden. The room itself isn’t big enough to do Yoga in ( if you wanted to) but big enough, with a cupboard of drawers,I slept well. I appreciated to have my own bathroom right next to me, and my own little corner in the house. It’s a short walk to wonderful Hampstead Heath, and an even shorter walk to the Shaolin Temple, about which I was quite excited :) Ildi is a great and interesting person, relaxed, funny, helpful and flexible; her friends and daughter are also so kind.. I warmly recommend staying at Ildi’s place, thank you for everything 🙏

Very amazing place. Made our trip perfect. I can't just talk like a chat. 1. Location The first place on my long trip was in the heart of London. When this was London, I found another London in the second home. I thought it was all about London's wonderful old-fashioned buildings, but I could see the future of London's new, new skyscrapers and modern buildings. The very beautiful view of London from the high floor and the twinkling lights at night are very romantic And, the train is just 1 minute away, so you can go to the center of the city in 15 to 20 minutes. Also, there is a grocery store on the first floor, so you can shop very conveniently. 2. Inside The interior is really spacious, relaxing, and has everything. It has a very comfortable and comfortable bed, a spacious and clean bathroom with a bathtub, a microwave air fryer, and a dish dryer, and all the condiments and even delicious cocoa. It was stable and very convenient, and it increased the satisfaction of the trip. Above all, the host is the best. When I had a little problem, he handled things so reliably. I am a skilled and peaceful assistant. This place was a great trip to make my trip enjoyable. I was able to understand London widely at Canary Wharf, which is close to 2 stops.

We loved our stay here. The balcony was so peaceful which made it a great place to start and end our day. The neighborhood is very quiet, four bodegas just down the street, nice park, and an awesome pub, the Carlton Tavern a few blocks away. The location to the underground made it super convenient to get anywhere. Yasar was great and met us at check-in to show us around.

We had a fantastic stay at Matthew’s place! The location was perfect, easy access to trains and bus routes, easy check in and very comfy beds! Matthew’s communication with instructions for check in were very handy and the space was spotlessly clean. The weather was perfect to make use of the terrace. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I stayed here nearly a week and really enjoyed the apartment. Had everything we needed, the train station is directly below which made getting everywhere so easy!. Would recommend!

Very acommodating host, got some fans for us during a hot stay in the summer. Answers fast and helpful, area is great close to many reataurants, bars and shops as well as the station for further travel into London.

It was an absolutely beautiful spot to stay the night from the views to the comfort of the apartment it was all around a 10/10
