The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Dining with the whole family in this style-filled place. Beach room with private pool. Condominium enclosed in total security and large leisure area. 1 swimming pool and gourmet area in the house with stove and barbecue. At the back of the condominium we have the Araruama lagoon with clean water suitable for bathing, great for children. In front of the condominium, there is a small trail to the sea on Massambaba beach. NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED AND BATH LINEN.
