Everything was impeccable. The apartment is comfortable, conveniently located, very well equipped and best of all, it was impeccable. Marcia and Oscar are super friendly. While the beach in front is not the best, the apartment is conveniently located for access to boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend it!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Great stay and host, I recommend the accommodation for two people, more than that it may be a little cramped, the location and services available are excellent.

I loved the flat, it accommodated a friend and me perfectly. We arrived and the room was spotless. The minibar, although small, could hold a 1.5l water bottle and a few cans. The staff are friendly and served us very well. The penthouse has a wonderful view and the pool is very good. Verônica is very attentive and was always available from booking to check-out. I recommend and intend to come back more often!

I'm going to be very happy, everything is against neat and the truth that we felt right at home.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Cozy house, well located in Monte Alto Beach, clean and organized place. The host is very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

The house is close to Geribá beach. The condominium is very beautiful and well-kept. His house is great, it served my family very well. I recommend this stay to everyone. We had a wonderful week.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.

The residence is compatible with the photos and description and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The outdoor area is very beautiful and well maintained… The condominium staff is kind and willing to help. Highly recommended!
