One of the best homes offered in Annemasse and the surrounding area and above all very clean, I would highly recommend it.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

We had a great weekend at Thierry's place in Annecy. The accommodation is very well located, 2 steps from the train station and the old town. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, perfect for the weekend. Thierry was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. In short, it was perfect! Only point of attention: the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator access and the stairs are quite steep.

We had a wonderful stay at Vicky's apartment. It is beautifully decorated with comfy beds, a very spacious living area and all the essentials we needed. The location is brilliant, a 5 minute walk from the flégère lift and a shop, bar and café on the doorstep. Vicky was a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). The apartment was perfectly equipped and Nina and her partner were very welcoming, and responsive by message, thank you again for a beautiful weekend! Julie

Walking into Catherine’s apartment was such a treat. It is an oasis of style and elegance. The bonus is that it is a supremely comfortable and well set up apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Annecy. A perfect combination. It’s a truly special place and I feel so fortunate to have stayed there.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

This is a wonderful spacious apartment. It’s got great views over the lake and the old town. Close to all the towns action, but quiet, due to the solid building and double glazing. Great shopping, bike rental and restaurant tips,too.

We had a very pleasant ski holiday in this apartment. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children (10+). The apartment is spacious, well equipped (large fridge and freezer) and has a great sun terrace (morning and afternoon sun). The bunk bed is very firm and wide enough to sleep with 2, but it is a challenge to climb in and out. So sleeping upstairs is not for little children. The ski bus stops nearby, but since there are very few buses, we drove by car to the parking lot near the ski lift where we then reached our ski equipment (5 minutes drive, cost = €7.7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). This is a perfect address for a ski holiday. Much more spacious and less expensive than an apartment on the slopes!

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.
