Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

We had a good stay, and most importantly would stay again. This is very much an airbnb flat with comfortable beds, nice shower, washer / dryer, and basic kitchen. The location is what makes it stand out, and the easy access to the city made the slightly funky living room and small kitchen unimportant. The hosts were great communicators, with clear check in instructions and great parking tips. We had some issues during the stay- -partying neighbors having a jam session from 1-3am, part of Saturday night in a city and it’s a very old building. - this unit shares an entry way with another unit that’s also managed by this host. The guests staying in the other unit were smoking inside and the smoke filled the entry way and flowed into our unit. The hosts asked them to stop, which they did for a short while, and then started again. Luckily we only had one day crossover, but was unfortunate. The hosts did their best

Two perfect nights in Biscarrosse. The house is bright, very well-located. Caroline and Emmanuel allowed us to arrive late and the instructions were very clear 😊 Our stay was too short, we'll be sure to come back to this very nice house!

A great weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt right at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

The place in Soustons was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Quiet, very well equipped, clean, as described. Everything is accessible by bike (rental on site), the pool is very nice. The only downside for our teens: the internet connection is very random depending on the hours, but that didn't bother us adults.

We had a pleasant stay in Catherine's house. The accommodation is in a quiet and very clean neighborhood. The big cities around are easily accessible by bike. The pool is a plus. Catherine is an available, responsive and very kind host.

We just spent a week at Sébastien's with the family, and we're delighted. Car or bikes are necessary to get to the beaches on the ocean and pool side, the house being very well placed in between, and in a very quiet environment, ideal for relaxing. Sébastien is a very responsive and attentive host. The house has all the essentials to have a great time with family or friends, we recommend it and will be back!

A superb villa, perfectly equipped with lots of space and a super nice outdoor space. In short, a beautiful villa! We had a great stay, my group and I are really happy with our stay! We'll probably consider coming back if the opportunity presents itself!

Very nice house, ideal for 2 family families. 2 steps from the ocean and minutes by bike from downtown. The outdoor room is a real plus, we will be back with pleasure!

We had a lovely stay at Cindy's. The place is spacious and tastefully decorated. You will find everything you need on site. Close to small shops and not far from the basin, there are many walks. The street is quiet and the garden is nice, especially with a child as it is enclosed. Cindy is available and responsive by message, we did not meet her but she answered any questions we had. Don't hesitate!
