Apartment vacation rentals in Aquitaine

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in deze Airbnb! Het appartement was kraaknet, stijlvol ingericht en volledig uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. De locatie was perfect: op wandelafstand van leuke restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer. Ideaal voor zowel ontspanning als het verkennen van de stad. Onze host was ontzettend vriendelijk en responsief. We kregen duidelijke instructies voor het in-/uitchecken, en zij stond altijd klaar vragen. Kortom: een absolute aanrader.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Wonderful experience. Very romantic. The place was immaculate. The location is fantastic with great walkability. There are excellent restaurants all within a short distance. And it is a shoppers paradise! Oceane provided clear instructions to access the apartment. Oceane also had a welcoming gift of yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, wine, and coffee waiting for us which was very thoughtful! A word of caution, the apartment is located on the top floor and there is no elevator (which is disclosed in the listing). The stairs (all 92 of them) are brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage. Thank you, Oceane, for a great stay!

Von aussen relativ unscheinbar, von innen aber eine mit viel Herz und Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang direkt von der Wohnung aus geniessen, egal ob Wohn- oder Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist für alle Belangen gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Garage, in der Sportgeräte sicher verstaut werden können. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war sicher und während unserem Aufenthalt nur am Wochenende stark frequentiert. Für Surfbegeisterte super gelegen, da die Wohnung wirklich nahe vom Strand liegt. Didier war immer innert kürzester Zeit erreichbar und konnte uns hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen geben. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans l’appartement proposé par Laure et Jacques qui sont des hôtes très réactifs. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos. Très belle vue sur l’océan. Nous avons pu regarder un coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse. Je recommande!

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.

Aurelien’s pad is well designed for such a cozy place. It has almost everything you need for a short stopover and the nearby parking deck is an added bonus. Aurelien was quick to respond and helpful. I suggest you arrive during daylight hours to familiarize yourself with the layout. You will quickly wish you had rented a bike for easy mode of transportation. It’s lovely to see a city with a proper bike lane and citizens that pay attention to other means of transport aside from the automobile.

Breathtaking views from every room in this spacious apartment. Our host was very responsive and attentive. Our family had a great time staying here for a week.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alexia. Le lieu est somptueux et parfait pour se ressourcer. Le logement est très fonctionnel. Alexia a été très à l’écoute durant tout notre séjour et avec plein de petites attentions. Nous reviendrons!!

Paula met us when we arrived to show us the apartment and was very helpful. The location is very rural and beautiful with walkable trails from the house. Well organized kitchen for cooking meals. Lovely yard to relax , we had a lot of rain but when the sun came out we really enjoyed sitting out. Paula and her family were very kind and respectful.

We have just spent a week at Franks place. The Chartrons district is just wonderfully positioned and the tram stop was almost on the doorstep. The area was very quiet, yet so easy to walk to a multitude of wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself was very well represented by the photographs, and we were really comfy there. It was also nice and cool inside, although our weather was a bit mixed. Two really good fans are available for use. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking with plenty of crockery and glassware. The shower was very effective and always hot. Frank met us there to hand over the keys, and checked in with us a couple of times during the stay to make sure we were ok. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

L’appartement est situé au centre-ville de Cognac, simple d’accès pour partir visiter les environs. Nous y avons passé juste une nuit et tout était conforme à l’annonce. Les hôtes sont réactifs. Je vous recommande vivement cette suite.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Becken in einer sehr ruhigen Lage! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. Really want to come back to this place!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un très bel appartement en plein cœur de la ville de Bagnere avec tous les avantages ( commerces, marché, et excellent petit bar/cave à vin à côté) et sans les inconvénients de la ville (aucune nuisance sonore). Un grand merci à Tiphanie et Thierry… nous recommandons cet endroit pour une déconnexion totale😉☺️ .

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Un séjour vraiment agréable, un cadre paisible et une vue vraiment magnifique. Idéal pour vraiment se ressourcer et décompresser. Beaucoup d’avantages pour ceux qui comme moi aiment la rando, et visiter ( Lourdes n’est pas très loin) Le paysage est époustouflant!!! Anne et Gilles sont vraiment aux petits soins, et d’une extrême gentillesse !!! Je recommande +++

Ane was a charming, generous and a wonderful host. She had great recommendations for restaurants as well as things to do in town. The apartment is so perfectly located. Steps from La Concha, Old Town and Zurriola. The beds are comfy and the deck is great. We loved our stay here and recommend it highly.

Appartement et patio très agréable ! Valérie nous prépare des petites attentions a notre arrivée, c'est très agréable ( eau au frais, thé, café a dispo, tout le nécessaire de cuisine pour se faire à manger). Sans oublier le luxe des peignoirs de bain tout doux, et la litterie de rêve!!

Nous avons passé 4 jours sur Sarlat, le logement de Jonathan est parfaitement situé en plein centre ville de sarlat. idéalement placé pour se balader dans Sarlat sans voiture. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique pendant notre séjour, après nos journées de ballades aux alentours, châteaux, jardins, canoë, visites des villages, nous avons apprécié sortir le soir dans Sarlat pour profiter des terrasses et restaurant sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Jonathan est adorable, flexible autant sur notre arrivée que sur notre départ. Le logement est fidèle à sa description. idéal pour un couple. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
