Just 200 meters from the newly renovated Magnolta ski area and the municipal pool, and 500 meters from the town center and the Palabione ski area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, small private balcony, garage and small storage room for ski and booths. Close to everything! 5 minutes walk to supermarket and several restaurants, and a few meters from the free ski shuttle stop.
