The villa understands a living room of 70 m², 1 kitchen, 3 rooms with contiguous bathroom, and a garden level which can be completely independent: living room, kitchen, 1 parents room and a dormitory room which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, 2 bathrooms. The external space is distributed between the terraces of the living room, the kitchen, the rooms and the safe beach, with the splendid swimming pool with overflow (10x4m).
