Further up the valley is the popular Schwägalp from where the cable car goes to Säntis mountain. 5 skiing areas as Wildhaus and Wolzenalp are around at a 15 minutes distance, the hiking and snowshoeing trail to Hinterfallenchopf mountain starts in front of the property.

In the annex of our restaurant is this lovingly furnished, bright 2.5 room apartment for up to 6 guests. One room with double bed, one room with 4 single beds. Free parking, seating with an alpine view. Child bed& high chairs on request. We are right on the ski lift, snowshoeing, puzzles,& Way of Saint James. We also offer culinary carriage rides. The Alpstein is within easy reach, as is Lake Constance. Various grocery stores in the village.
