Inside, you will find a cozy and functional interior that makes your stay pleasant and straightforward. The studio is equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa, while a staircase leads to the gallery with a snug double bed placed directly on the floor to optimally use the room height. Additionally, amenities such as a radio, internet TV, and Wi-Fi are available, making your stay both relaxing and connected. The ambiance is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a welcoming and homely feeling. The outdoor area of our farmhouse promises pure relaxation. Its proximity to places worth seeing such as Rohrschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, all of which are easily accessible by car, makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the region. The house offers cozy sleeping options including a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed, providing space for up to 6 people in total. A travel cot for children is also available if needed. Warmth and coziness are ensured by a traditional tiled stove in the basement, as well as the option to heat the living areas electrically. The outdoor area invites you to spend relaxing hours under the open sky with a grill and seating area. The charming surroundings of the Appenzell region offer a variety of leisure and sports activities. With us in Hüsli, you can really relax. Away from the village of Grub (SG), surrounded by greenery and not far from Lake Constance, peace and relaxation will find peace and relaxation but also the special of a time long gone. The Appenzeller Hüsli with its low ceilings, is about 300 - 400 years old, which spreads a cozy charm with tiled stove and wood stove. The Hüsli has been carefully renovated again and again, so that nothing is missing.

Our charming Rhine Valley house was built in 1919 and has been completely renovated. The living space is 105 m2 with a room height of 1.92m. Two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with corner bath and rain shower and toilet, a separate toilet, open living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a large terrace and our beautiful garden with outdoor whirlpool, garden sauna and pool can be your temporary home.

This cozy 1-room studio in a central location invites you to relax. It has a fine walnut wood floor, a large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and direct access to a private garden seating area. The studio is in a very quiet area and has its own entrance. A parking space for a car or near bus station are available.
