Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels and blankets but bring your favorite pillows and water. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories. We live on the property but you’ll have complete privacy.

Cozy up in our 14’ glamping tipi at Black Bear Lodge — a dreamy mountain hideaway for couples or solo adventurers. Sleep under the stars in a comfy full-size bed with soft lighting and rustic charm. Coffee maker with assorted coffee/tea/flavored teas provided. Shared refrigerator/freezer. Unwind by the fire pit, grill dinner under the trees, and soak in epic views from our mountaintop observation deck. Bath houses nearby. WiFi available. AWD/4WD mandatory for the steep gravel road. No pets.

Simply Maple Farm Tipi

Off the beaten path, with no other campers nearby. Comes with 2 kayaks and you may rent more from local business. You may go up or down river easily and can fish from shore or from the kayaks. There are two adult life jackets also. There is a tipi at this site that you may choose to use. There is a fire ring, weber grill, charcoal, picnic table, benches, porta potty and garbage/recycle bins. Enjoy peace and quiet served daily at Simply Maple, with no other tents in sight!

Waterfront Tipi Glamping // Phoenix Landing

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Our treetop tipi is a 1 of a kind experience you will not soon forget! Take a short nature walk up to the roughly 400 sf tipi decked out in woodsy cabin decor. With 3 comfy beds don't forget your friends! Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on the porch while gazing into the canopy of trees and listening to the array of bird songs which are sure to impress even a non-camper! This glamorous campsite is doused with personal touches you're sure to love as much as we do!

Pine Hill Tepee

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in this Tepee. Take a walk in nature on the trail we made, explore the public land close by or we have a bench set up to sit and listen to the birds & waterfall. (We do try to spray for mosquitos) bring your gear and Go fishing on one of the nearby lakes (36 within a six mile radius of Marcellus). We are located close to Swiss Valley ski resort, And the wedding/event venues Gable Hill and The Red Barns.

Tucked Away Tipi

Welcome to our Tucked Away Tipi! Located in a secluded corner of the Pennsylvania woods on private ground. You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.

Lillington, North Carolina is a small, up-and-coming town that is centrally located to larger areas of interest. Lillington has restaurants, brewery, antique and gift shops, grocery and pharmacy stores, and is nearby other quaint towns such as Fuquay-Varina, Angier, and Sanford that offer so much opportunity to explore.
