The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

I rent out my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, at the Saalestrand and in the Paradies-Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the nearby construction site. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.
