Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor.
