Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die FeWo befindet sich in der Mitte von München, Garmisch und Füssen, jeweils etwa 60km entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Badesee mit griechischem Restaurant. Circa7km entfernt kann man ein Warmfreibad besuchen. Der Ammersee ist in 15, der Starnberger See und der Staffelsee in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der knapp 2000 Einwohner zählende Ort verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, und zwei Banken.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
