Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Badesee mit griechischem Restaurant. Circa7km entfernt kann man ein Warmfreibad besuchen. Der Ammersee ist in 15, der Starnberger See und der Staffelsee in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der knapp 2000 Einwohner zählende Ort verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, und zwei Banken.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Quiet apartment

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space in the organic solid wood house. Completely newly furnished apartment for 2 to 4 people. In the modern shower room, you can leave the day behind and in the bedroom with mains release, a high-quality "Tempur" box spring bed awaits you for a good night's sleep without electrosmog. Another room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed is optionally available for 3 or more people. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets welcome on request.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

New apartment on the 2nd floor in OBB, 65 sqm. Bedroom with box spring bed, living room with pullout couch (1.40 m max 2 people) Bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, cozy balcony and parking space at your disposal. It is a non-smoking apartment where animals are not welcome. Smoking allowed on the balcony. €80 for 2 adults per night, each additional person €15. Bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and water are included in the rental price.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Our idyllic home impresses with its bright conservatory, which is a real highlight in all seasons. Here you can relax, enjoy nature or end the day comfortably. In just a few minutes you can reach Lake Ammersee, the Alps, Munich and the historic city of Landsberg am Lech. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
