We liked it a lot, and we'll be back soon. The house is exactly as described, clean and perfectly organized, very quiet location, close to the Basilica, restaurant, bakery and market. We felt at home, on our arrival we were a little late on the trip, but we were still greeted with a lot of attention and a delicious cake for our breakfast !!!! We love it, I recommend it!! Mr. Luiz, Marcelo's father, who welcomed us, is a very nice person, and recommended supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and places. Mr. Luiz is very attentive, kind. Eliana is super attentive, made us super comfortable, we felt at home. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super cozy and organized. I highly recommend it and will be back next time. It is very close to the boarding of the devotee train in the three fishermen park and about a 7-minute drive from the basilica.

The house is very well located. You can walk quietly to the Sanctuary and/or the Ancient Basilica. (To park in the Sanctuary costs R$35 and in the region of the Ancient Basilica it is difficult to find free spots nearby). Local super quiet. Despite having no garage, we left our car parked on the street for 04 nights and had no problem. We travelled in 05 people and had a good stay. Dona Nete got us super well and removed our doubts about the city and the house. The only observation/improvement opportunity we have about the house would be regarding the quality/comfort of the mattresses. In addition, the house met super well.

We thank the host Rita, who was very attentive, made us feel very comfortable and was flexible with the schedules. Everything was as advertised, sanitized and functional, our pets were very calm. We recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is extremely clean, organized, makes us feel at home. The details are cute, linens, blankets, and towels all clean. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking or having breakfast at home. Anyway, you can rent without fear because the accommodation is excellent.

We've been to this place 6 times. Marina, Alzira and Jair are amazing people. The house is simple, but very clean, organized, functional, comfortable and almost in front of gate 3 of Avenida Itaguaçu. In front, there is a Bar/Restaurant (Family). Everyone is extremely receptive and the internet works very well. In July we will be back.

Bacana, good condominium and well-structured, clean and organized apartment, plus spacious. Some leaks in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a small problem with the hairdryer, but nothing that hindered the trip.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
