One of my favorite places. Many restaurants nearby. The pools are very clean. The bar is very close to the condo, super clean. The bed is super comfortable, the blankets are very soft. The place smelled very clean. Everything was incredible. I recommend it, and the hosts are very friendly and have excellent communication. Don't hesitate, this place is perfect for families or couples 😊

Our stay was perfect! The condo is so beautifully decorated and it had a very single comfort of home you could ask for. Plenty of pillows and blankets, plenty of super soft towels, beach accessories, and all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you would need to make your beach vacation just perfect! And get ready for a great nights sleep because the bed was so comfortable! Barry & Kathryn were so communicative. Although we didn’t need them for any issues, they were so quick to check in with us to ensure we were happy and weren’t in need of anything. I can’t imagine even wanting to book anywhere else when we visit the area again! It is perfectly located in the exactly area we wanted to be in, and the condo itself was like being in the comfort of your own home. Definitely recommend to all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Kristi's condo. The kitchen was well stocked and my daughters enjoyed the beach toys and floats. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. Beach service was very convenient! We reserved our chairs and umbrella upon arrival and didn't have to worry about it the rest of our stay. Everything was clean. Hardly any wait for elevators. Within walking distance to some great restaurants. We had no issues with parking. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our vacation at Kevin’s condo. We were impressed at how clean everything was! The views are absolutely gorgeous. We stayed with our young children and felt right at home. The resort elevators kept breaking, but that has nothing to do with the host. 100% would recommend staying here. Kevin was very friendly and answered any questions promptly! Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, where we could unwind and listen to the waves. This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s beach property. The beach access was close and all the amenities were very comfortable. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being right on the beach was a definite plus! Overall a clean and tidy space. The upstairs room was very bright in the mornings with no window coverings but was cool to see the sunrise from bed. She has a sound machine in the room which I appreciate as I love white noise to sleep.

My family and I loved it here. You have the beach in the front and canal in the back. Spent Mother’s Day weekend with my husband, kids and MIL and had such a peaceful time. I highly recommend the pizza truck across the street and Shell shack for fresh seafood. Most things are fairly walkable and all the shops have friendly staff. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the door code is so long it’s frustrating to get the door open sometimes.

COAR instructions and operations is always good for us. We have stayed at the Commodore several times over the last 20 years. We like the location being near the state park, and we like the layout of the units. Our recent stay in 710 was great, it was clean and the condo assoc checked in with us after a day just to check how things were. The price was reflective of the unit being a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms. This did not bother us as I said the price reflected this. The furnishings were all very nice and functional. I would stay in 710 again... I love the corner balconies.

Great place and area. One security guard at location is very rude to people at the pool.The others were great .

Great place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the setting sun over the gulf. Lots of space, with three bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook for ourselves. Everything about the stay was made easy by host Susie.

What a relaxing and wonderful condo. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and there was a great view off the balcony of the ocean. Everything was clean and well kept. As we expected with staying in a condo, at times the guests upstairs were loud, but overall the stay was great. The pool and hot tub are an added benefit as well. We love Port St Joe and would stay here again!

This is the second time we've stayed at a Soleil and had great experiences both times. we will stay with them again. Quickly responded with any questions and the the unit was clean and as expected.
