WOW! Forget 5 Star….Michael’s apartment deserves 10! Definitely the best holiday accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location with glorious views….and everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was lovely to receive a warm welcome from Claudia who greeted us at the apartment and showed us the ropes. It was great to know if we did have any problems, Claudia was at hand to help. We cannot wait to return!!

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

The place is perfect for those looking to stay in Antibes and easy enough to travel from there to other towns along the Riviera. The place is exactly as described, with even more thoughtful small items that come in handy like cleaning supplies and board games. Audrey is also a fantastic host with great communication, easy instructions and some helpful advice about enjoying Antibes. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment is a real gem. Right in the center of the old town, walking distance to everything you need. Quiet location, high above the buildings with a lovely view of the rooftops. Absolutely Lovely!

Fredrik & Tess' spot is truly magical - just book it!! The view when we first arrived was breathtaking, and our entire stay felt so special there that we didn't want to leave. We had everything we needed and appreciated all of the little extras like the milk frother for morning lattes and croissants on the balcony, the Sonos speaker for music, and detergent pods to run a few loads of laundry. Fredrik was so responsive right from the beginning and made some wonderful recommendations for local bakeries, restaurants and more. A grocery store is a walk away (but be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs!). We had a small issue when the Internet stopped working, but Frederik really went above and beyond to try to help us. The apartment was decorated beautifully, and the apartment and its surroundings felt very safe and quiet. We spent many evenings sipping wine on the balcony planning our return to this charming spot. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Alexandra was very proactive and responsive in communications and made sure everything was good for my family who was visiting. We enjoyed our stay so much and we plan to visit again! Thank you very much for everything!

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

This was a great stay for our family. With 3 bedrooms, it comfortably slept 6. Everything was clean and well cared for. Lise was very helpful if we had questions, and helped us get checked in. The kitchen is small but well equipped for simple cooking. The view of the harbor was also something to be enjoyed from the front windows. We could walk to a beach or to the outdoor market in relatively short time. We had a very memorable stay!

We also found in a welcome kit in the kitchen and bathroom very close to the sea, a 3-minute walk away. staying with the family. comfortable sofa bed. comfortable bed. pillows too high. large and comfortable shower. Benjamin is quick and courteous in his responses. The house was ready even before 4:00 pm, although we entered after. Very small elevator but not only needed two floors. A balcony furnished with a small table, chairs and two lounge chairs. Some pigeons kept us company. they recommend it for both families and couples. Three small but well-stocked supermarkets under the house and 5 minutes away from clubs and restaurants the historic center of Antibes ai reaches in 9 minutes by car. to see of course.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

If you're looking for a peaceful place, with breathtaking views and perfect for a romantic time as a couple. This place is made for you. In the morning you will wake up with the birds singing, in the evening you will admire the sunset with this unobstructed view of Cannes and its surroundings. Julien is a very nice, smiling, very responsive host who takes care of his accommodation in terms of the decoration, cleanliness of the premises, and the amenities he offers to ensure you have a wonderful time together. We were happy to find this little treasure every night.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

One of the best places we have stayed! We loved the balcony and the view. It’s centrally located to everything. The beach was perfect. Marius recommended wonderful restaurants in Old Town and was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to return to Antibes and stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
