Hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The location is superb with great restaurants, the beach, and train station steps away. The area feels very safe and everyone is friendly. As for the unit, it is extremely clean and well equipped. You have a wonderful view of the marina and the unit was extremely comfortable. Xavier is a fantastic host and very accommodating. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!

Glad to be back with your cozy apartment for a 5-week assignment this time! It is very well located, 10 minutes from the train station and the beach, and convenience store + restaurants around the corner. It is very spacious for 1-2 people, the bathroom is very nice and has everything you need in the kitchen. The washing machine and dishwasher are very convenient. And above all there is a real bedroom and a real living room with a sofa-TV area, plus a dining table for 4! NB: No microwave, as advertised.

We loved our stay in Odile and Michel’s charming apartment. The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and has lots of natural light. The location is great, walkable to the beaches in Juan-Les-Pins and the historic center in Antibes. Merci beaucoup!

Antibes is a unique and charming place, not for everyone, especially if you're looking for big brands like Starbucks, McDonald's, or Louis Vuitton. If that's your thing, you might prefer Nice or Cannes. I stayed at Rodolphe’s property for 13 days and was very pleased overall, with only a few minor details that didn’t affect my enjoyment. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station if you're coming from Nice. Once you're settled in, everything is within walking distance. The entrance to the old town is about five minutes away, and there are many local shops nearby. The kitchen is compact—best suited for preparing simple meals—but functional and efficient. One of the standout features of the apartment is the large terrace, which made a big difference to my stay. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Riviera sunshine. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Thank you, Rodolphe, for helping make my stay in Antibes such a good memory!

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!

comfortable house. stocked with everything as described. We also found in a welcome kit in the kitchen and bathroom very close to the sea, a 3-minute walk away. staying with the family. comfortable sofa bed. comfortable bed. pillows too high. large and comfortable shower. Benjamin is quick and courteous in his responses. The house was ready even before 4:00 pm, although we entered after. Very small elevator but not only needed two floors. A balcony furnished with a small table, chairs and two lounge chairs. Some pigeons kept us company. they recommend it for both families and couples. Three small but well-stocked supermarkets under the house and 5 minutes away from clubs and restaurants the historic center of Antibes ai reaches in 9 minutes by car. to see of course.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We would happily stay again if we have a chance.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Our stay went wonderfully. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to spend a few days in the area. If, like us, you decide to visit several cities in the south by car, you will find here a real cozy cocoon, spacious, perfectly clean, modern, easy to access, and ideal for the car. The rooftop pool is truly the cherry on top. You can book without so much as a second thought, it's probably the best accommodation I've rented on Airbnb. This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we weren't disappointed. The accommodation was impeccable and the view from the studio's terrace is spectacular. Our stay went very well. Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

We loved our stay at Dominique’s place! We did our workaction there and it was perfect for the two of us. Internet was fast enough for video calls and the terrace and pool great for my partner who was already on holidays and could enjoy the sun and beautiful view of Antibes Bay. You definitely need a car, but with it it’s super quick and easy to go to Cannes, Antibes (around 15 min) and even Grasse (which is less than 30 min away). The apartment was just as shown on the pictures, very comfortable and clean. Dominique and his wife even spoiled us with a welcome package. He was overall also very flexible with check-in and out times. I can highly recommend the place and we’ll definitely want to come back with more time during the day!

After staying for a week, I can confidently say this is an excellent choice for a trip to the South of France! The apartment felt very safe and is perfectly located right by the sea – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, peaceful beach** that wasn’t crowded at all. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet surrounded by **plenty of delicious restaurants Getting to nearby cities was easy with Uber. The host was fantastic! They kept the place absolutely spotless and made our stay very comfortable. They also gave us incredibly helpful recommendations for amazing restaurants– every single one was a hit, no disappointments! Such a kind and thoughtful host – I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed here for 6 days and we loved it! Everything was extremly clean and stylish, tasteful and beautifully furnished. It was a complete pleasure to sit on the terrace, watch the sea in the distance and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The location itself is also great, as everything is within reach, we had bikes with us and enjoyed it. The bike paths to Nice and Cannes are very well maintained, so the apartment is in a great location, right in the middle. Also train and bus station are very near, all the grocery stores you need, sea is within less than 10’inutes by walk. We highly recommend it and will definitely return when we are on the Cote d'Azur again. You will not be disappointed, we really recommed this apartment. Also the communication was very easy and fast, everything as it should be. 10/10.
