Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Our stay was incredible. The pictures don’t do justice for the view and the house. We look forward to staying here again!

Andrea’s place was absolutely beautiful! As soon as you step into the house you felt like it was your home away from home. The wrap around porch was amazing to sit out with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Andrea sent a wonderful PDF with great information and he was very responsive. The house is a short walk from the cute and quaint medieval town. There is a bus that can take you into the newer part of the town, but we never saw the bus. So you might to double check the schedule. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit it again for a longer period of time. Thank you for letting my family and I stay in your home.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The house and surroundings are beautiful and very private. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. Pia and Teresa were very responsive and helpful. We had a great 3-generation family stay and everybody from teenagers to grandparents enjoyed it a lot. We loved it and we hope to be back! Thank you!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well maintained, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large groups (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a swimming pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, preferably under the stars, which are clearly visible given the low light pollution in the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the area: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, as well as the sea, of course. The owner is very kind and helpful. We can only recommend the Casa del Fico to anyone planning a vacation in these beautiful areas.

Family weekends that turned out to be extraordinary. The farmhouse is equipped with all the necessities. Wide indoor and outdoor spaces. We'll definitely be back!

Location is fantastic, garden is beautiful. Outdoor shower and kitchen are super practical . The cottage is also nice , maybe it’s a bit tight for 4 people. The beds could be more comfortable . Surely it’s a bit pricey but on the other hand you don’t find a lot of places like this in Tuscany.

Ludovica’s place is amazing and I would recommend everyone to stay here. It is super picturesque and Ludovica is such a warm and responsive host. She also has an animal shelter that guests can go to(: Home was clean and suitable for our large group of 11. Highly recommend!

The villa is wonderful, plenty of space in addition to the large bedrooms, the view is extraordinary, and the pool is very nice. Nicolas and his parents were very friendly and helpful, we had no problems. The only small minus is that there's a train line below, so a few noisy train passes. But it's really a detail because the rest is perfect!

Wonderful location with fantastic view of the sea. Very large, lovely garden. Perfect privacy. At the back of the domain, however, the owner has his own place to stay, with its own entrance. Fortunately, the owner was not present during our period, because that would have reduced that perfect privacy feeling a bit. It is an older villa but equipped with every comfort. Modern well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional, but not modernized. We knew that in advance, because you can clearly see it in the photos. Silva is a perfect host : proactive and very friendly. The extra cleaning events we had requested were also perfectly arranged by Silva and excellently performed by Sabrina. The only downside of the location and the entire area is that there are many mosquitoes.

That was my 2nd stay in this amazing house! I felt again immediately at home and comfortable. Maria’s housekeeper was extremely welcoming and helped us connect our electric car with the house mains.

Villa San Giuseppe is a true gem where you can relax and unwind very well. In the villa it has almost everything one needs for a stay. The rooms are very well equipped and the whole area around the villa is very large and very nice. The pool is gigantically large and very nicely located with a foresight. There should be more umbrellas and loungers for the sun loungers. The WIFI would have to be even better developed and the water when showering is not really hot but rather cold. The barbecue area is also very well located and there is enough wood to grill something fine every day. In the exterior dining area, a lounge would be very good as an addition, as most people are located outside. The arrival through the many cypress trees is also a highlight every time and the road is easily accessible from gravel. Overall, however, highly recommended, which appreciates tranquility and yet the proximity to the city of Follonica about 15 minutes drive.

Was a great getaway. Love the house , the beautiful backyard, the kitchen area is really nice. Was a short trip for my birthday but we had a good time. It’s 1 hour from more popular towns like Pienza but the city pieve also has its own charm. And I do enjoy the tranquility. Love the feature that this house has an annex side house with two twin beds. I hired a driver and photographer it’s good that they can rest and hang out in a separate space. It’s self check in and check out but there is no issue with communication at all. I enjoyed the house a lot.

From a warm welcome with cut meat, bread and cheeses, Maria Pia could not have been more helpful. She suggested some local restaurants and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Villa Giara is in a spectacular hillside location looking out across the plain to Lake Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago. The picturesque villages of Paciano and Panicale are only a couple of minutes drive away. Both have cafes, bars and restaurants. The grounds surrounding the villa are kept immaculately, flowers adding a splash of colour and the trees providing shady areas if needed. The pool has a paved surround with seating and loungers and the view from here is superb as are the sunsets. We would unreservedly recommend a stay at Villa Giara. And Maria Pia is a fantastic host, she went the extra mile to make our stay an unforgettable one.

She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. Wow, what a wonderful experience. My husband and I chose Marco and Marta’s Villa to renew our 30th Anniversary vows. It was a magical experience that we will treasure forever. We had our boys with us to celebrate and the Villa was perfect for all five of us. It was so cozy and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Tuscan dinners including all the amenities. Marco and Marta had their wine and olive oil for us to enjoy during our stay. The wine was amazing and the olive oil so yummy. The yard was spectacular overlooking the Tuscan mountains with the lovely pool to enjoy daily and outdoor seating to savor those beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets. Marta and Marco were perfect hosts and went out of their way to help make our anniversary extra special. It was a true Tuscan experience and we highly recommend their Villa. It was everything we expected and much much more. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Franca and Giulio were great hosts and took care of our well-being. The house is idyllically situated in a quiet environment in an elevated location, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is excellently equipped, we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool, which perfectly rounded off our time there. Overall it was a relaxing and unforgettable stay – we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful home and amazing hosts. We stayed here with three adults and 2 young children for a couple nights after flying into the country to decompress before heading to a wedding. Would highly recommend!

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families.
