Timothy was a great host, quick responses and very helpful with any questions we had. The place was big enough to accommodate our large group and a perfect landing spot during our girls weekend! The hot tub was an added bonus after shopping all day!

Plenty of room for our stay with a family of 8. Everyone had a great time playing arcade games and watching movies in the movie room.

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. We needed to engage the host to adjust the thermostat a few times and they responded quickly. Overall a very comfortable stay and would book again.

This was a great place for our group of 8. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers were relaxing. We appreciated the grill. We used the driveway and street parking which was helpful. The movie room and arcade games were a great bonus. We enjoyed walking to Moore Lake Park. It was a good central location for trips between our daughter’s college, Minneapolis and St. Paul. We definitely recommend Nelson’s Ice Cream and Isles Bun and Coffee. Both are a bit of a drive but you truly won’t want to miss them.

We arrived with a very nice welcome. Our host made each bedroom have a spa like appearance. The drinks and snacks were a nice surprise. The house was very clean and inviting. We’d love to stay there again in future visits!

This is nice layout for a couple families, and the neighborhood seems quiet and secluded.

Myself, our two small children and extended family stayed in this beautiful home for a trip visiting family who live in MN. The house was awesome! Very kid friendly for our 3 year old, 11 month old and 2 year old niece. They loved the game room, playset, and kids room! The house was very spacious, open, and extremely clean! We can't wait to stay here again!

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

The pool was a huge hit for us! Stayed by the water for three days, nice deck area that had a covered seating area. The backyard felt very private, hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Very spacious in the house, large rooms and bathrooms. Would defiantly stay again!!

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

This place is a great location, fairly priced and immaculately kept. It’s walkable to plenty of nice restaurants, parks, venues or other places of interest. We were also only minutes away from the east side of town via Uber or public transportation. The host is both responsive and proactive; we were never left waiting for an answer to a question. We also had plenty of room and resources to get five people ready for a wedding in a very reasonable amount of time. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Minneapolis.

Fredreana is a great host. Very kind and helpful. The place is kept very clean with all the essentials.

The two bathrooms were nice and the amount of games and activities to do were nice to have. The TV was big. We we’re also able to park our car in the garage. That was a nice amenity as it was storming during our stay. It was easy to get into and the host provided the information in a timely matter. There was extra linens and towels in the lower level, which was helpful for our stay. The place could’ve used a little better cleaning in between stays. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen and scuffs from normal wear and tear on the walls. Maybe a fresh coat of paint would fix. The property was pet friendly and had a fully fenced in backyard, which was very nice. Overall had a good experience and would stay again.

The guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay while visiting my family in Minnesota . The area is beautiful and close to everything we needed. The best part was renting a boat next door and enjoying the lake and the wildlife!

Here is my glowing review of our stay at Kimberly's: "Just like being at home - only better." Kimberly is very in tune with what I and our guests needed for a comfortable stay. We very much enjoyed the beautiful and well appointed house and yard. Many comfortable indoor and outdoor areas to sit together, talk, laugh and have a beverage. The multi-level patio area was a big hit with all : played cards, sat by the fire table, grilled, dined, tossed same bean bags and watched the hummingbirds come right up on the deck. Inside the house is quiet and comfy. Large dining table for our team dinner, and morning cup of coffee. Another favorite was the seating area open to the kitchen - kept the food preparers and the others connected and engaged. Nobody in our group had any concerns nor complaints. We’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s and this was by far the cleanest property we’ve had! On site amenities had all the little things that I wouldn’t expect but very much so appreciated!

Really charming mid-century home. Great neighborhood with incredible views of the Mississippi. Super easy to get to both downtowns. House is very well appointed and the downstairs makes for a fun hangout for kids. Very close to shopping as well. It was perfect for our young family.
