L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una villetta indipendente (al piano terra viviamo io e mia madre) ed è formato da cucina-soggiorno, stanza da letto e bagno. E' sito nella frazione di Pianoconte, in campagna in un contesto tranquillo a 5km dal centro storico (necessario dunque un mezzo per spostarsi), con posto auto e moto e possibilità di usufruire di giardino e terrazza al piano terra. POSSIBILITÀ DI USARE UNA PISCINA NELLE VICINANZE.
