Opening onto the garden, there is a children's playground, skate park, tennis, pétanque, pediment, sports area (basketball, football). Quiet environment and close to all amenities. Located 7km from the nearest beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse (beach and lake). Lots to do nearby. 40 km from the Spanish border by highway. Direct access to the accommodation at exit N°8 of the motorway.

Independent accommodation

Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.

Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.
