Close to the port of Capbreton and its beaches, the center of Hossegor and its golf course, nice 34 m2 2-room, renovated, with enclosed garden, in a quiet residence. Kitchen is small but very well-equipped. The living room includes 2 beds in 90 x 190 and overlooks a covered terrace and a small garden. The bedroom includes a 140 x 190 bed for 2 people. The shower room includes a sink, toilet and 70 x 100 cm shower cabin. Residence secured by a barrier, private parking space, bike storage, Wi-Fi, cellar.

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

The "L'Etale" apartment has been completely renovated and designed to accommodate guests looking for a unique experience in the heart of downtown Hossegor. Staying at "l'Etale" is the assurance of a successful vacation and being able to enjoy the lake, park, golf course, shops, beaches and many other activities on foot!
