Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Living room with 2-seater convertible sofa (real bed in 140), equipped kitchen, washing machine, bedroom with 160 bed, toilet and separate bathroom. Bed linen (duvets) and towels provided. Bakery, primeur, delicatessen, pizzeria, restaurant at 150 meters on foot.

Very comfortable cozy apartment, ideal for a pleasant stay between ocean and nature. 5 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Seignosse and Hossegor by car and 20 minutes from Bayonne. Linens are provided. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. Oceanfront studio above the pine trees (beach and shops within walking distance)

Studio located in the heart of Penon. In a residence close to everything, this apartment on the 4th floor (no elevator) is comfortably furnished. It offers stunning unobstructed views. The sofa bed allows two people to sleep (140 cm), while the mezzanine (120 cm) can accommodate two children or an adult. ⚠️ From September 7, work will take place in the residence. The balcony will be unusable and noise is to be expected. A 25% discount is applied.

T2 INDEPENDENT WITH GARDEN near forest and beaches

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Villa *** with pool and large garden. 3 bedrooms including one master bedroom It consists of an entrance with cupboard and toilet that opens onto the living room as well as the fully equipped kitchen plus pantry. On the night side you will find two bedrooms with double beds and closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a master suite with dressing room and shower room.
