Easy access location and good layout on ground floor so easy to load and unload. Host was very accommodating.

I was so happy with this apartment. It was beautiful! The inside looked just like the pictures and the back area was better than I imagined. The location was great. There was plenty of parking nearby so my rental car was readily available. There were 2 days I just walked around Angra because there was so much to see and do. Eugenia met me at the apartment and gave me all of the information I needed. I had to leave early for my flight and the check out procedures were very clear. I could not be happier with my choice to stay here. It added to my whole experience.

Our stay at the fifth Amaro was to remember. This is a very special fifth located in downtown Angra. When you get to the gate you can't imagine the oasis that awaits you inside, a fifth full of banana trees and other fruit trees. The house is rural and simple, but nice. Our room was a little small and the kitchen was not fully equipped (for example, the toaster was not working, there was no coffee maker, or a few pans), but the place and its hosts, Maria Serafina and her husband João, make the experience worthwhile. Maria Serafina is a very close and open woman. She welcomed us with a delicious maracuyá pudding. Also on the first day her husband João gave us a guided tour of the fifth one explaining us all the trees they have and they supplied us with bananas and tomatoes throughout the stay. She's always been very attentive to us. They are very close people and we share many afternoons to chat with them. It has been a great luck to get to know Terceira hosted in this fifth with Maria Serafina and her whole family. If you are staying in the 5th Amaro, a 100% local experience with a wonderful Azorian family awaits you. We are very grateful:)

We love the stay! The place is nice and was clean and tidy. Communication with the hostess was always impeccable! The location is quite central and it is possible to walk around Angra de Heroísmo.

Very cozy and convenient location! Maria is friendly, helpful and available for a nice chat or for any questions. I enjoyed my stay and was within walking distance to two pools for some excellent swimming. I would recommend this location if you’d like more of a local type of experience in Terceira , which is very charming.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmo’s Adega do Porto. It was such a charming home with an old world feel in a beautiful location. It’s a short walk to the pools and we walked to the Biscoitos pools daily to swim. You really can’t beat the views and the area for your stay. Francisco and Carmo were very welcoming and a great hosts during our stay. The Adega felt like home after spending three weeks there. We were there during the cultural festival so we had access to entertainment and food daily for one of the weeks we were there. We definitely recommend the Adega for its location to the water and walking distance to the pools to swim and for its lovely hosts. We can’t wait until our next visit. Adega do Porto will always hold a special place in our hearts❤️

This place was absolutely amazing and Henrique and Theresa were fabulous hosts. We took them up on their offer to make us a traditional dinner and would highly recommend it if you can. It was one of the best experiences of our entire vacation just hanging out with them chatting over wine, wonderful food and an amazing dessert made by Theresa! Henrique had tons of great restaurants recommendations all over the island and we even shared a drink at the local Vista Terrace/Grill one night with them (would highly recommend that place also) The space is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning and looked forward to coming back and having wine and looking at the stars each night. It was a relaxing and perfect space for a getaway from the world! I couldn't recommend this spot highly enough and can't wait to go back.

Everything was fine. Room, kitchen and bathroom are very large. Everything was kept perfectly clean. The dog Luna is very sweet. However, you should lock your room so that she does not lie in bed, as she can open doors on her own.

Vitor was a great host. Very responsive and provided great local information in his welcome book. He also left us some local treats for our arrival which was such a sweet touch. Great home, lovely kitchen and the wine barrel shower was truly a delight. Its not right in the main part of town which made it nice and quiet and peaceful but not a very long walk to get everywhere by foot. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house around Biscoitos, good location to discover Terceira. We found everything very consistent with what was described, the house had everything you need , the landscape was postcard, Vitor was very kind and accurate even when we had to replace the gas tank, he was always ready to help us and give us advice on the spot. Top experience!

We really loved our stay. Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. And the ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. On top of it all, Carla is a gracious host that makes you feel like a part of her family. She took the time to give us a tour, gave us tips on what to do and see on the island, checked in often to see how we were doing, and was quick to respond to questions. The home is conveniently located right outside of the city center, a 5 minute drive. Would stay there again. Thanks for being a great host Carla!

Our stay in your unit was possibly the best during this trip. Stylish and squeaky clean. Everything you needed was supplied, even a stand alone laundry. Thank you for having us to stay 🌸

Great stay at Rosimeire and Ruben's! Very welcoming and responsive hites who helped us acclimatize and quickly find our bearings. The house is great: several orientations (ideal for ventilating and rotating the sun /heat), a superb sea view terrace to take our meals, well furnished / equipped rooms orchacun quickly finds its place. Special mention for the full kitchen equipment and the nopbreux tupperwares! And also a spotless location to shine around the Island of Terceira. A swimming area is within walking distance of the house, very nice! The beds were a little hard for our liking, but in very good condition! In short, a beautiful stay and beautiful discoveries on Terceira! Thanks again to Rosimeire and Ruben for their advice and quick responses!!
