Charming Barn House is ideal for traveling alone or with family, with all the amenities and comfort, inside the urban center of the city of Angra do Heroísmo, behind the building of the Luxus Azorean SPA Concept. (Access is done by a ramp) It consists of two double bedrooms, both with a work desk, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, 1 living room with TV and Wi-Fi, 1 well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, 1 wc (wash hands and toilet) and a small lawn outside.

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
