Great location. Bed amazing, providing an amazing night sleep. I almost didn’t sleep want to get out of bed! Cosy, so much we had no issue having nights in. Host super responsive and helpful.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

Great place to stay overnight before flying out. Cristina's place was neat, tidy and comfortable.

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

Wendy and Roger were the perfect hosts through and through, I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday. Really genuine, caring people and so attentive with every aspect of our stay. From the minute we booked we felt catered to, they immediately offered to help us plan our journey down and pick us up. Upon arrival, i was greeted with a bottle of fizz and a birthday card- these small gestures made our stay that much more special. Shortly after, roger drove us down to do a food shop- awfullykind.This really set the mood for our heavenly get-away.Through out the next couple of days, Wendy and Roger continued to check in and make sure we were comfortable and happy- which we loved. They managed to give us privacy, all the while being accommodating to our needs. I cannot stress enough how kind and humble they are and how willing they were to make our stay perfect. We made really good memories on this trip and have you to thank for, we will definitely be staying again. Wish you all the best

Tracie's place was fab! Had absolutely everything we needed, was in a great location and was beautifully presented, comfortable and clean. We travelled with our 5 month old and this accomodation was ideal. Would definitely stay again! Tracie was also super responsive and helpful throughout! x

Right, so, I properly bungled it and booked mega last minute. But Shannon? Absolute legend. She was bang on it, replied straight away, and sorted me right out. Even managed to swing an early check-in, bless her! Proper chuffed and definitely coming back! Cheers

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Mary’s house is exactly as described It’s not the fanciest air bnb I have stayed at but is extremely well done And is very good value We felt right at home We really enjoyed our stay Little things like milk butter and jam along with fresh crumpets made it extremely welcoming I think Mary could teach some other Air BnB hosts a great way of doing things Thank You

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (5 people) and our dog! Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive before and after check-in with local recommendations and assistance with the house. He responded immediately when there was confusion over the wifi password (it had been changed!) and helped us set the right temperatures on the thermostat remotely. He also left goodies in the kitchen for us, our 2 children and our pup, all of whom were very happy! The house was in an excellent location and near wonderful nature reserves, towns, beaches and castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would highly recommend his place!

Best dog friendly cottage we have been too and we have been to a lot! We were welcome but are doggies even more so. The house is welcoming and has everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom very nice. House was spotless and very homely. Lovey little touches and treats left for us and the doggies. The garden is heaven and beautifully laid out, Chelsea Garden standard plus fully enclosed. We did not use the garden studio as we were so busy but a lovely quiet area to just sit and read I am sure. We had no problem street parking despite it being the late May Bank holiday and lots going on in the town. Walking distance to the town so no need to find a car park. Great pub at the end of the road too. What more could you want. Thank you Zoe for sharing your house with us.

We only stayed one night but the place was very nice with incredible views. It was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was provided and there was plenty of it. The egg boiler was a lovely touch.

Another nice stay at Mark’s cozy apartment. Flat is super-clean, smells nicely with cleanness. Perfectly clean bed linen and towels, comfy mattresses, spotless bathroom and kitchen. Was very nice to find a little tasty treat from Mark to greet us on the arrival (thank you very much, Mark, it was yummy☺️). Mark was replying instantly for every message and was helpful and suggestive. Special thank you for an extra effort Mark made, so we were able to check in earlier and check out later! Thank you very much for everything, Mark, 5* for you as usual☺️

Had a lovely stay at Alan’s, was easy to find and was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend, would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. X

After many of hours of driving it was wonderful to park outside, walk in and appreciate the clean, comfortable flat. Everything we needed and very pleasing decor. Considerable pleasure to find kitchen stocked with good selection of cook ware and tools and some extras we had not been expecting. Would be more than happy to stay here again.
