Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Newly renovated about 1 km from Angera's lakefront and pier, where boats leave for Arona, Isolo Borromeo etc. Also nearby is the Rocca Borromeo. The house is located on a quiet street with parking directly inside the private courtyard and garden. You can have lunch and dinner outside thanks to a porch. Within 700 m you'll find several supermarkets. At 100 m possibility to rent bikes. There are some riding stables nearby for horseback riding lovers.
