We had a very nice stay at the Sunset House. The apartment is well maintained and well appointed. From the garden, you have a great view of the lake and can enjoy the sun. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect apartment with a fantastic view of the lake. We were only there for 5 days, just felt comfortable from start to finish. Everything you need is everywhere. The furnishings are of very high quality, from bed linen to towels to the complete kitchen equipment. Everything clean and great. The location is absolutely quiet, perfect to relax in a short time. We would have liked a little more sun, but you can also be good inside. You can also enjoy the view from the dining table and the couch... the few rain clouds ;) ... Roger is a friendly host, uncomplicated, quick to respond to questions, it doesn't get any better. If we find another gap in the occupancy calendar, we will be happy to come back.

I think we made the right location and choice of homes in the holiday plan we made to visit Lake Maggiore and its surroundings. The house and all the amenities in it were as mentioned and met all our expectations. The host Elena gave us prompt and constructive responses whenever we reached out to her and guided us correctly. The house was; well maintained, well decorated and clean, the area was quiet, parking access was 50m from the building and easy. We had a smooth stay, used all the amenities and were very comfortable. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to explore the area.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. A cozy and wonderful villa with a great view and very chill in a quiet area and great location and the best host friendly and welcoming

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time at Kristina's place. She is a great, very warm host and the contact was super pleasant from the beginning. The place is well equipped, very clean and offers a lot of privacy. The beautiful pool in particular was a real highlight. We felt comfortable all around and will definitely come back. Clear recommendation — thank you, Kristina!

Great spot near the lake!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. Has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and paddleboarding! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!
